St Peter's Christmas Fair 2016
Saturday 3rd December

The Christmas Fair is fast approaching! It promises to be it's usual festive event and more including:

Santa’s Grotto, raffles, face painting, xmas crafts, lots of games with prizes to win, teddy adoption, outside traders, Fair trade stall, cakes stall and lots of yummy refreshments, to name but a few!

We need to fill the rota to man the stalls on the day – please support your class rep in the manning and organising of stalls, and we ask that every family will commit to one slot of helping out in order to allow the day to go brilliantly and help spread the load. If you can’t be there on the day, there are lots of jobs to be done before the fair too.

If anyone can charity match a stall through their employer, or has raffle prizes to donate please let us know.

Please do keep informed of preparations and help needed and do whatever you can to make it a great fundraiser! All funds raised will go to the School.

What you can do to help now....

  • Start collecting Jam jars, (clean with lids) for the Sweet Tombola now please!
  • Collect gifts for the Present room
  • Collect old soft toys for the Teddy adoption stall
  • Donate any Raffle prizes you have for the Adult and Kids Raffles.

What is the Present Room?

The Present Room is a secret shopping haven for the children to purchase and wrap gifts for parent's and carers. Gifts donated range from the usual candles, soaps, books, chocs, scent etc to the wierd and wonderful such as wacky ties, wine racks &  novelty items

Whilst it's easy to find a gift for Mum's, we also need gifts suitable for Dad's and grandparents so please think out of the box!  You can donate as many items as you wish for the present room - it's always a sell out and the favourite part of the Fair for the kids.
